Here is wishing everyone Happy Festivus!
A couple shows that I just found out about:
Today (Tuesday) Westbound Train plays Axis this evening joining three great Boston punk bands the Street Dogs, Far From Finished, and The Pug Uglies. Doors are at 6pm, with Westbound going on second on this bill.
Looks like a Festivus Miracle with the confirmation that The Allstonians will be playing a show this Thursday (Dec 21) evening at the Kirkland Café in Somerville. We don't know if this is just a ploy to get everyone drunk enough to get them through the holidays, or if the band may start returning to the live music scene that they were such a solid part of for many years. Hopefully we will hear more from them in 2007.
