update from Underground Window

Osiyo!

It's been a few months, but we are happy to announce the new website from the editors (Sadi Ranson-Polizzotti and Lee Vowell) of Underground Window called Active Underground. Active Underground can be found at www.activeunderground.squarespace.com.

The site is still in the process of being built, but it is our intention of launching the site by 20 November. We would like you to know we are accepting submissions of poetry, short fiction and photography now in anticipation of the first issue. If you would like to submit, just do the following:

Poetry: Send poetry in the body of the email along with your name and email. Please do not send poetry in an attachment. Send to this email address (activeundergroundmag@yahoo.com)

Fiction: Send fiction pieces of up to 5000 words as an attachment (with no bugs, please) as a Word file, if possible, along with your name and email address. Like poetry, send to this address.

Photography: Send photo essays to this address as an attachment along with your name and email address.

Lastly, Active Underground (as the new Underground Window) will be releasing the previously planned Underground Window book. The book will contain those submissions already accepted for the project and will be titled Active Underground to fit in with the new site. The book will be released early next year.
